Made from stone-ground wholemeal flour using the ancient Perciasacchi wheat variety, this linguine combines tradition, craftsmanship, and innovation. Its fine, slightly flattened shape is ideal for gourmet recipes, offering a delicate yet full-bodied mouthfeel.

Thanks to bronze die extrusion, the pasta has a rough and porous surface that holds sauces effectively. Moreover, the use of ancient Sicilian wheat, grown in limited quantities and processed slowly, ensures exceptional flavour and nutritional value.
