These general terms and conditions govern the purchase of products made remotely via the Internet through the website www.feudomondello.it, owned by Consorzio Feudo Mondello,

hereinafter referred to as “Feudo Mondello”.
Purchase transactions are governed by Legislative Decree no. 206/05, while personal data are processed in compliance with Legislative Decree no. 196/03 and Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 (GDPR).
These general terms and conditions are valid as of 01/12/2020. They may be updated or amended by Feudo Mondello at any time, without prior notice, and shall be effective from the date of publication on the website www.feudomondello.it. The consumer undertakes to review any updates and, if deemed appropriate, to print and retain a copy.
An online sales contract is defined as a distance contract entered into between a supplier and a consumer customer within an organized distance selling system operated by the supplier, using exclusively Internet communication technology.
A “consumer” is defined as a natural person purchasing goods and services for purposes not directly related to any professional activity carried out.
Art. 1 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF SALE
1.1 The conditions set out in the preamble form an integral and essential part of this contract.
1.2 All contracts are concluded directly through the Client’s (companies and private individuals) access to the website www.feudomondello.it. The Client may purchase the desired products by carefully following the indicated procedures.
1.3 These general terms of sale must be examined online by the Client before completing the purchase procedure. Submission of the order confirmation implies full knowledge and unconditional acceptance thereof.
1.4 By electronically submitting the order confirmation, the Client unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with these general and payment conditions, acknowledging that Feudo Mondello is not bound by different conditions unless expressly agreed in writing.
Art. 2 – SALE PRICES AND PURCHASE METHODS
2.1 All product prices displayed on www.feudomondello.it constitute a public offer pursuant to Art. 1336 of the Italian Civil Code and include VAT and all applicable taxes.
2.2 Shipping costs are borne by the Client unless otherwise specified and will be clearly indicated before order confirmation.
2.3 The purchase contract is concluded upon correct completion of the order form and online acceptance after registration.
2.4 The Client may pay using the payment methods indicated online at the time of purchase.
2.5 Shipping costs vary according to weight, volume, and destination.
Art. 3 – DELIVERY METHODS
3.1 Feudo Mondello will deliver the ordered products to the address indicated by the Client via courier services.
3.2 Goods will be delivered within the time limits set forth by Art. 61 of Legislative Decree 206/05. Feudo Mondello shall not be liable for delays or failure due to force majeure.
Delivery times after shipment:
• Italy: 3–5 working days (excluding weekends and holidays)
• Abroad: from 3 to 10 working days
Some products may require additional processing time.
3.3 Upon delivery, the Client must verify package integrity and quantity. Any discrepancies must be noted on the delivery document and reported within seven days by registered letter or certified email (PEC) to consorziofeudomondello@pec.it. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
3.4 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery is made at street level on business days, Monday to Friday.
3.5 The Client must be available to receive the delivery to avoid additional courier charges, which will otherwise be borne by the Client.
3.7 Feudo Mondello is not responsible for damage caused by the carrier.
Art. 4 – PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
4.1 Only products available in the online catalog at www.feudomondello.it may be purchased.
If a product becomes unavailable after order registration, the Client will be promptly informed and may request order cancellation with a refund issued within 14 days.
Art. 5 – LIABILITY
5.1 Feudo Mondello shall not be liable for service disruptions due to force majeure events.
5.2 In such cases, the Client is entitled only to a refund of the amount paid.
5.3 Feudo Mondello is not responsible for fraudulent or illegal use of payment methods by third parties.
Art. 6 – WARRANTIES AND ASSISTANCE
PREAMBLE
Feudo Mondello products are of the highest quality. As natural products, variations may occur depending on production batches and climatic conditions.
6.1 Feudo Mondello is the sole supplier for the website www.feuudomondello.it.
Art. 7 – BUYER’S OBLIGATIONS
7.1 The Buyer agrees to print and retain these terms and product specifications.
7.2 These terms may be updated at any time; the Buyer undertakes to review and retain updated versions.
7.3 The Buyer is strictly prohibited from entering false or fictitious data.
7.4 Multiple registrations or use of third-party data are prohibited.
7.5 The Buyer is solely responsible for the accuracy of provided data.
Art. 8 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)
8.1 Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of receipt, provided products are intact and sealed. Food products with opened packaging are non-refundable.
8.2 Withdrawal must be communicated via registered letter or PEC to:

8.3 Returned goods must be shipped within 14 days. Return costs are borne by the Client.
8.4 Refunds are issued after verification of returned goods.
8.5 The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products.
Art. 9 – PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
9.1 By completing the payment section, the Client authorizes Feudo Mondello to charge the purchase amount. Payments are processed securely via PayPal.
9.2 Refunds are issued using the same payment method.
Art. 10 – CONTRACT TERMINATION
10.1 Feudo Mondello may terminate the contract with notice; the Client is entitled only to a refund.
10.2 Failure to comply with obligations results in contract termination pursuant to Art. 1456 of the Italian Civil Code.
10.3 Personal data are processed in compliance with applicable privacy laws. Details are available at www.garanteprivacy.it.
Art. 11 – JURISDICTION AND COMPETENT COURT
11.1 These contracts are governed by Italian law.
11.2 The competent court shall be the Court of Palermo, without prejudice to the consumer’s statutory forum.
Delivery Instructions
Upon delivery, verify package integrity and quantity.
Any claims must be raised immediately with the carrier.
Transport Damage
If visible damage is present, note it in writing on the delivery document and refuse the shipment.
